Bagabirwa Jackson

Bagabirwa Jackson serves as the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAM) Manager at Uganda Development and Health Associates. He is responsible for overseeing the organization’s monitoring and evaluation systems, ensuring that programs are evidence-based, accountable, and impactful. With expertise in data analysis, performance tracking, and learning frameworks, Bagabirwa supports staff and partners in making informed decisions and improving program outcomes. His work strengthens the organization’s ability to demonstrate results, optimize resources, and foster continuous learning, contributing to UDHA’s mission of enhancing health outcomes and sustainable development across Uganda.
