Uganda Development and Health Associates recently held its annual strategic planning retreat with staff, board members, and key stakeholders. The retreat focused on reviewing the previous year’s achievements, identifying emerging health challenges, and setting priorities for the next three years. Discussions included strengthening health systems, promoting sexual and reproductive health rights, and expanding community engagement initiatives. The retreat also emphasized innovation in service delivery, evidence-based programming, and strategic partnerships to maximize impact. The outcome was a refreshed strategic roadmap that aligns with the organization’s mission of improving health outcomes and sustainable development across Uganda.
